The Pianoman is not a Disney employee, nor is he affiliated with Disney in any way other than possessing a Magic Key.
While Mrs. Pianoman has expressed interest in working at Disneyland after she retires from her "real job", she is also not affiliated with Disney in any way other than also possessing a Magic Key.
